North Haven Girls' Soccer Ready for States

State-tournament play starts tomorrow for North Haven High School girls' soccer.

While the football team still has three regular-season games left, the North Haven High School teams are getting ready for the state tournament. The state tournament has already been affected by weather as Hurricane Sandy wreaked havoc on the final week of the regular season, the opening day of states has now been pushed back due to the falling snow.

The Indians' 7-6-3 regular-season 2012 record earned them the No. 21 seed in the Class L State Tournament. North Haven is scheduled to travel to Madison on Friday, Nov. 9 for a 2 p.m. matchup against Daniel Hand. Hand is the 12th seed and finished the regular season with a 10-6 record.
