North Haven Resident Joins Med School Faculty

Victoria Richards will teach pharmacology at Quinnipiac's Frank H. Netter, M.D., School of Medicine.

North Haven resident Victoria Richards has been appointed as an assistant professor of basic medical sciences at Quinnipiac University's newly-named Frank H. Netter, M.D., School of Medicine, where she will teach pharmacology and write curriculum.

“I want to be able to be part of merging that very important relationship between the pharmacist, the patient and the physician,” said Richards in a statement issued today. “Pharmacology is really an umbrella that covers all the medical disciplines.”

Richards, formerly of A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, is described as an "expert dedicated to optimizing the physician/pharmacist relationship."
