Winter Storm: North Haven Public Schools Closed Today
North Haven Public Schools will be closed today, March 8, due to slippery driving conditions caused by the nor'easter that hit the region with snow and sleet overnight.
It will be another snow day today for North Haven Public Schools students.
The nor'easter that is expected to finally move off out of the region later this afternoon left a wintry mess on local roads, dropping snow and sleet over night and early this morning.
— or some 13 percent of the town — found themselves without electricity as the nor'easter's strong winds whipped through the region creating a power outage.
