All Levels Yoga Class and Community Food Drive

Join us at Brighter Beginnings Wellness Center for a community yoga class suitable for all ages and ability levels. Cost of admission is a nonperishable food item.   All proceeds from our food drive will be donated to a local food bank to benefit citizens in the North Haven area. Bring a friend, have fun, and make a difference in the lives of those in need.

Our All Levels Yoga class is a warm environment in which new or returning Yoga students are welcome to further their practice, build new skills, or maintain their strengths. Instruction is modified so that all students are able to enrich their lives through Yoga!  Space is limited, so please call to reserve your spot today!!
