Connecticut Irish Festival, Feis and Agricultural Fair

The Connecticut Irish Festival will celebrate its Fiftieth Anniversary on June 23 and 24, 2012 at the North Haven Fairgrounds.  This event is the longest running Irish Festival in New England and, according to organizers, the United States.  Each year thousands assemble to partake of a program featuring the finest in Irish music, dance and sports while enjoying the camaraderie of those with similar interests.  Cultural offerings include language and instrumental competitions as well as genealogy and traditional music presentations.
