Gaylord Specialty Healthcare to Host Free Seminar on Injury Prevention Strategies for Young Athletes
With fall sports just around the corner, Gaylord Specialty Healthcare wants to keep kids and teens in the game by preventing common sports injuries. Karen Sutton, M.D., Yale Orthopedic Surgeon, and Kate Grevelding, Physical Therapist at Gaylord Outpatient Services will host an Injury Prevention Lecture Series, to discuss screening techniques and strengthening exercises for athletes, coaches and parents – to help educate attendees how to identify risk factors and help prevent common injuries.
