In 2006, Healthtrax and the Gaylord Hospital came together to create a center that would blend fitness, wellness, physical therapy and medical services. The Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness Center offers a large selection of amenities, including a basketball court, a youth activity center, over sixty classes weekly and an elaborate aquatics center. North Haven's Healthtrax has over 150 new cardio and strength machines. Also available to Healthtrax members is a free fitness consultation and assessment.
