Dr. Candice Pollack, Neighbor

Dr. Candice is a Chiropractor at Advanced Physical Medicine located in North Haven, CT.  She was born and raised in Hamden where she was an avid athlete growing up.  Being an athlete caused her to encounter numerous musculoskeletal injuries, which exposed her to chiropractic care.  She always had hopes of pursuing a career in sports medicine and upon her first visit to a local Chiropractor, she knew chiropractic was the profession for her.  Dr. Candice attended Albertus Magnus College, in New Haven, where she participated in women's basketball for two years and received her B.S. in biology.  She then went on to attend the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Master's degree in clinical nutrition.  This is also where the seed was planted for a future Chiropractic office, Advanced Physical Medicine, by two friends who shared the same clinical instructor.

Advanced Physical Medicine Chiropractic and Wellness Center focuses on treating musculoskeletal injuries in all ages, as well as nutritional services to promote overall well being.
